This is so random. I saw a banner ad in my Huffington Post daily brief that read...THE RESPONSIBILITY PROJECT presentsI love the work of brilliant animatrix Janet Perlman (even if she is Canadian), so I had to check it out. I was treated to a sweet and whimsical hip-hoppin' animated short demonstrating the insidious, destructive, rippling effect of irresponsible buck-passing.
